NOTE on Connecting Fligths: Most connecting flights to Miami do not arrive on time to connect with this flight. so we suggest staying at an inexpensive hotel near the Miami Airport. We have a few suggestions for under $75. You can leave Wednesday night after work, arrive leisurely into Miami and put your bike personally on Sol Air the next morning.

Arrival - Transportation to your hotel. Join us in front of the Mayan Princess for our Welcome Beach Party See more on our Beach Party starting at 8pm. Friday evening - Transportation to your hotel, dinner and attend the "late pre-race meeting" taking place at the Mayan Princess. * When choosing this itinerary, make sure you advise the race director of your late arrival. They will be hosting a special "late pre-race meeting" to accommodate this flight. Saturday - Race day followed by post race BBQ Beach Party. Awards dinner banquet starts at 6:30 PM. Later join us at the DISCO at Luna Beach! Sunday - Relax and Snorkel off the beach (Equipment rentals are $6/day). Diving in the afternoon departs at 2PM from Paradise Beach Club ($30/dive - arrange with hotel). Optional Horse Bike riding, Kayaking or Canopy Tours. Canopy Tours are $35/person Monday - Visit and shop the village of West End - Take a water taxi or a 20 minute walk on the beach. Have lunch there. - In the afternoon take bus tour of the island (inquire at Mayan Princess); or have an encounter/or swim with the dolphins at Anthony's Key Resort. - Make these reservations in advance if you are interested through your hotel. They are always booked. The most reasonably priced dolphin encounters in the Caribbean. - Enjoy the sunset and get ready for your trip back home. Tuesday - Departure.
