Friday, January 21st:
Free tour of the course, Registration, Opening Ceremony and Sunset Gathering on the beach.
Expo and Registration - 2:00 to 5:00 PM - Henry Morgan inside the Theater. There will be NO registration on Race Day.
Free Tour of the Course - 3:00 PM - Gathering outside in front of the Theater.
Sunset Gathering - 5:00 PM - On beach in front of Henry Morgan.
Opening Ceremony - 5:30 PM - On beach.
Saturday, January 22nd:
Corporate Challenge Mini-Mini - Triathlon and Free Kids Beach Run - Mandatory Race Meeting, Pasta Party.
Registration for Kid's Run - 1:00 PM
Kids Beach Run - 2:00 PM -
Registration for Mini Corporate Triathlon Challenge - 2:00 PM
Mini Corporate Triathlon Challenge - 3:00 PM
MAKE UP LATE REGISTRATION - 4:00 - Only for athletes arriving on Saturday. Please notify us if this is your case.
Mandatory Athlete's Meeting - 4:30 PM - Henry Morgan, inside Theater.
Pasta Party - 6:00 PM - Main Dining Room, 2nd Level, Henry Morgan Resort.
Sunday, January 23rd:
RACE DAY!
Transition Area Opens - 6:00 AM - Athletes must arrive no later than 6:30 AM
Race starts at 7:30 AM in front of Henry Morgan Resort on West Bay Beach- Arrive no later than 6:30 AM. Transition area opens at 6:00 AM.
Post Race Beach BBQ - Free to athletes. Price is $10/person for friends and family. Open to the public - 10:30 AM at Henry Morgan Resort on the beach - buy your tickets at Henry Morgan's reception.

Dinner Awards Banquet - Free to athletes. Price is $15/Person for friends and family. Tickets for sale at the Henry Morgan's reception. 6:30PM to 9PM.
Beach Party at Henry Morgan's - Starts 9:00 PM - 12 Midnight
Free to all - Don't miss it! - Dance on the beach to Oldie's and Today's tunes - Courtesy of Henry Morgan Entertainment Staff.

Relax and Snorkel off the beach (Snorkel Equipment rentals are $6/day). Diving in the afternoon departs at 2PM from Paradise Beach Club ($32/dive - arrange with hotels). Optional Horse Back riding, Kayaking or Canopy Tours. Canopy Tours are $35/person Encounter or Swim with the Dolphins at Anthony's Key see below. Visit and shop the village of West End - Take a water taxi or a 20 minute walk on the beach. Have lunch in West End Water Rafting in La Ceiba - One day. - This is a good day to travel to La Ceiba for water rafting. More info. Copan Ruins - Perfect day to depart for 1 night stat at Copan with transportation and guided tour of the ruins. More info. In the afternoon take a Bus tour of the island (inquire at Mayan Princess); or have an Encounter/or swim with the dolphins at Anthony's Key Resort. Make these reservations in advance if you are interested through your hotel. They are always booked. The most reasonably priced dolphin encounters in the Caribbean.
